For our outdoor pools look up Tysoe Manor, Somerset Manor, Painswick, Devon Farmhouse (typically open May–September). If you want to swim all year round, our indoor pool houses - Tatham House, Stawley Barns and Riverside House - are ready for you whenever the mood takes you.

We've enjoyed a quick team lunch this week at Tone Dale House with sausages, strawberries and cream on the terrace in the sunshine. A moment together before we roll up our sleeves for a very busy August ahead. There's something lovely about getting the team together before the season kicks off, now that the schools are all out for summer. Checking every detail, from the linens to the hot tubs, so it's just right for the families arriving through our doors. Bring on summer. ☀️🍓

A countryside escape with centuries of character 🌿

Set among the rolling Devon hills, Bampton Longhouse is a beautifully restored farmhouse with parts dating back around 750 years. Sleeping up to 16 guests, it is made for relaxed group stays filled with long lunches, country walks and evenings gathered around the fire.

Inside, you will find a spacious farmhouse kitchen, a large dining table for everyone to sit together, two cosy sitting rooms with wood burners and comfortable bedrooms overlooking the surrounding countryside.

Outside, unwind in the hot tub, gather around the fire pit as the sun sets or explore the gardens, wildlife ponds and acres of farmland. With Exmoor, Wimbleball Lake and the village of Bampton close by, there is plenty to discover during your stay.
