Thereā€™s still a way to go with my Kingfisher and Iā€™m at the stage when I can see the final drawing in the distance.

Heā€™ll be given a frame when completed and then ready to sell.

Ideas for a title please. So far I have

Market are always hit and miss.
For anyone who hasnā€™t done them before they can be hard and soul destroying.

Yesterday could have been one of those days but switch it around.

I didnā€™t make any money but I got my brand ā€˜out thereā€™; people looked, admired; complimented; were awe struck; took my leaflets; chatted about potential commissions; saw me at work, drawing, looked at my drawings in the flesh to see the fine detail.

I struck up conversations and its those people who will hopefully remember me in the future when they think about that commission.

If you donā€™t get out there whoā€™s going to know about you!

It feels weeks since I was last at market but it was only last weekend.
Tomorrow Iā€™ll be at Watchet Street Fair with my fox taking centre stage.
If youā€™d like any prints of my drawings or even the original drawings why not pop along or better still book yourself a commission for that perfect Christmas gift.

Itā€™s a brilliant atmosphere with live music at the pub.

Last day of dog sitting today, so looking forward to my bed šŸ˜

Whilst Iā€™ve been away from my pastels Iā€™ve been reigniting my watercolour skills, last used properly in my 20ā€™s but will continue as a side line.

I have painted these on 300gsn watercolour paper and can be used as traditional postcards too.

My reason for drawing the fox so large was to have the ā€˜showstopperā€™ within my gazebo on market days; to draw people in; take a closer look at not just the fox but all my other work and to see that I donā€™t just draw dogs and cats
Itā€™s a conversation piece to hopefully lead on to the question and booking of commissions.
