It’s all hands on deck to prepare 14 of our engines for Summer Spectacle of Steam here at Statfold Country Park.

🚂 14 engines including the return of the K1 and visiting engine Sena No.7, parallel running and our miniature light railway

🤩 The unveiling and first public running of Tamar after Statfold’s first oil conversion

I think the downhill route may have had something to do with the pump truck beating our engine 😉

Give the pump trucks a go in our Roundhouse Museum, as well as seeing 14 engines on the railways, including the return of K1 and our visiting engine Sena No.7!

Let’s hope we see the blue skies at the weekend too!

From preparing locomotives and maintaining the railway to welcoming visitors and helping create unforgettable experiences, our volunteers are at the heart of everything we do. Their passion, dedication, and countless hours of hard work make events like this weekend's Summer Spectacle of Steam possible.

As one of the biggest events in our railway calendar approaches, we simply couldn’t do it without them.
