This is exactly why we love doing what we do 💜

A little while ago, a lovely family got in touch with us after their son saw our XXL Mosasaurus from the prize draw and wondered if he could have something just as special for his birthday.

The funny thing is, he already had one of our Skeleton T-Rexes and absolutely loved it. In fact, he'd even given it a name... Tee Wee 🦖

So when his parents asked if we could create an XXL Skeleton T-Rex especially for him, of course we said yes!

A few days after his birthday, his parents sent us these photos and honestly, they had us smiling from ear to ear. Seeing how excited he was when he opened it was amazing, but our favourite part has to be finding out that his new dinosaur had already been named Tee Wee 3 ❤️

And then we saw the photo where he'd made a special bed for it.

That was the moment that really got us.

Someone said something to us at a market recently that has really stuck with us: we're not just making 3D prints — we're helping create memories, stories and a little bit of childhood magic.

As parents ourselves, we know how much thought goes into birthdays and special occasions, so being trusted to create something for such an important day really means a lot to us.

A huge thank you to Tee Wee 3's family for letting us share these wonderful photos.

Seeing Tee Wee 3 and his special bed instantly took me back to my own childhood. I had a monkey teddy called Charlie Monkey who went absolutely everywhere with me! ❤️

If you are local and are missing Rockpool being at the weekly markets please feel free to come to the HQ to shop. You’re more than welcome to use the unit exactly as you would do the market. Come and browse and if I haven’t got what you’re looking for in stock then I can print it to order as I’ve always done 😊

All I ask for is if you’re wanting to come then please give me a heads up. It is my workplace so it might not always be convenient just to pop in if I’m printing.

Also if you order anything online there is now a free ‘Rockpool HQ Collection’ option so you haven’t got to worry about postage if you live 2 minutes away!! 🙌

☔️ What a difference a week makes! ☔️

It’s a double market day for us today, with Reny in Lichfield and Anthony in Warwick! The sunshine may have taken a day off, so make sure you bring your brolly if you’re heading out and about. 🌧️

A few highlights from our table in Warwick today:

🐙 Father’s Day is just 2 weeks away (Sunday 21st June), and what better way to say thank you than with one of our Kraken Bottle Holders? Pair it with a bottle of their favourite tipple and you’ll be well on your way to becoming the favourite child! 😆🍺 Father’s Day falls on 21 June this year.

🐬 Our Kitzi Mitzi Minis are getting another upgrade! The Dolphins are the latest to receive their makeover, complete with new features and colourful details.

🐸 And speaking of Kitzi Mitzis, we’ve got our brand new Poison Dart Frogs with us today! Super detailed, super colourful, and unbelievably cute.
