So about a month to go! ⏱️💥
​In October, I’m putting myself through a brutal 12km military assault course to raise money for Alzheimer’s Research UK—a charity incredibly close to my heart.
​I’ve lost over 4.5 stone getting in shape to take this on, so trust me, I’m not taking it lightly! 🏋️‍♂️💪
​Every pound counts towards tackling a condition that affects so many families. If you’re able to chip in—no matter how small or large—it would mean the world to me and make every bit of training worth it.
​📍 Spectators welcome! Entry is free for spectators, so if you want to come along, make a day of it, and shout at me while I crawl through the mud, I’d love the support!
​I’ll be posting my finish time and all the muddy photos right after the event.
