JUST 2 DAYS UNTIL THE SHOW!!! 📣😱 The final stop on our countdown is last year: 2025. 💎⏪

2025 was a year of new beginnings and show-stopping talent! We found a new home for our holiday camps at Sydenham School after many wonderful years at Sydenham High. 🏫✨

On stage, our Gems blew us away with some of our best productions yet:
🎲 The Diamonds rocked the house with Guys and Dolls.
⚓️ The Sapphires had super fun with Mamma Mia
🛡️ Our Musical Theatre Co. brought the house down with Spamalot & Newsies! 📰🗞️
..and who could forget ending the year with Parents Do Gems? We put our Saturday school parents in the spotlight and let them have a turn on the dance floor!🕺

And now... here we are. 2026. 15 Years of Gems. 💜

Tomorrow is our final dress rehearsal, and on Sunday... the curtain finally raises at the iconic ! 🎭 WHO IS EXCITED?

Our journey brings us to 2024. And today, we are giving a massive shout-out to our brilliant Acting Company at Kingswood Arts 🏰🎭

These talented actors took on the incredible challenge of The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time and delivered some beautiful performances. 🐕✨ Alongside our Performing Arts classes and our stellar LAMDA exam results, 2024 was an amazing year at 📜

LESS THAN 2 WEEKS TO GO! 📣 🎭

Our countdown lands on a year of pure magic: 2023. 💎✨

This was the year we made our grand return to in the West End. Every Gem performed their socks off! Our inbox was flooded for weeks after with emotional emails from parents saying how proud they were 🥹❤️

But we weren't just growing on stage. 2023 was also the milestone year we officially opened our new classes at the stunning expanding further into the community! 🏰

Now, we are just 13 days away from the Broadway Theatre...

JUST 3 WEEKS TO GO! Eeeek! 🎉 The countdown to June 14th is getting real! 💎

In 2022, we loved every second of having our freedom back and made the most of it by hitting the West End!

In 2022 we took our Gems to see:
✨ Dear Evan Hansen 👕
✨ Come From Away ✈️
✨ ...And the amazing Scott on stage in Heathers! 🍭🔥

Our Gems loved getting inspiration and we're so lucky to have the West End on our doorstop.

Now, the big question as we hit the 3-week mark:

One month to go! 📣 Our countdown hits the year of the "Pivot" 2021. 🎬✨

This was the year of "on-again, off-again" Zoom life, but we didn't let it slow us down. When we couldn't be on stage, we became movie stars! Our teachers turned into film directors and editors, creating fun movies starring our talented Gems. 🎥🍿

The highlight of the year? That "Hurrah!" moment when we finally opened our doors again. 🚪✨ Our summer camps were completely sold out, and the energy of being back together was electric.

We are so grateful for our community’s resilience. We’re bringing all that heart and soul to June 14th! 💎✨

Our countdown reaches a year we will never forget: 2020. 💻✨

When the theatres closed and the world went into lockdown, we didn't stop at Gems HQ! Within days, we shifted our entire school online.

From living room rehearsals to kitchen dance floors, our Gems showed incredible resilience as we traded the big stage for Zoom squares. In July, we created an hour long zoom show with over 100 families watching live online. Our Gems were incredible and we were so proud to be able to continue to support our community.

Who remembers those Zoom "Mute" mishaps and living room performances? Drop a comment if you kept dancing with us through 2020!

Our countdown hits 2018 another milestone year, having our own show in the WEST END!🎭✨

50 Gems performed at the iconic for the very first time. 🏛️ Who had their West End debut performing wth us in 2018?

But the growth didn't stop there! Demand for our holiday clubs was so high that we expanded into a 2nd school location for our camps! 🎭 Plus getting involved in more community events such as Dartmouth Rd Street Party and in Mayow Park.

From West End debuts to holiday club magic, 2018 was all about reaching new heights. 💎
