🌟Becky Hoffman - Choreographer🌟
Becky grew up in Greater Manchester and was surrounded by influences of all aspects of the performing arts. She attended several stage schools and in 2012 went on to complete her BA in Musical Theatre at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in Greenwich, London.
After graduating, Becky continued living in London. Between professional jobs in various areas of the industry, she successfully applied for a National Lottery grant to run a Musical Theatre Course in North London. At the same time, Becky took on seasonal choreographic work at her old Sixth Form College which is when she came to realise that teaching could be just as rewarding as performing.
Becky went on to teach at several stage schools, which is when she decided to specialise in dance. She moved back to Greater Manchester in November 2016 and joined Poppestroit Musical Theatre Company as a performer. She has performed in Hairspray, Our House, Waitress, Anything Goes, Barnum, Copacabana and Shrek. Alongside performing with Poppestroit, Becky has choreographed dance numbers for Strictly Come Dancing, The Vamps, 5 Seconds of Summer and Beyonce. She has also performed as a backing dancer in a number of Blackpool & Musicals numbers on Strictly Come Dancing.
Becky has a wealth of knowledge about the performing arts industry and is so excited to be the new choreographer at Poppestroit Musical Theatre Company.
