Good morning!
I woke up around 6 and quickly called Yann for an update!
While I was sleeping Noah has been riding since 3am this morning 🙈 He’s doing a 24hour endurance race in Middlesbrough 🏍️
He’s a part of a team of 5. They each ride in 30 minute slots.
Noah met these guys through racing and they wanted him to be a part of this. He’s never done anything like this before but as he lives to be in a bike, he jumped at the chance!
I spoke to him last night before bed, he was excited (despite having been riding for 11 hours off and on 🙈).
He was given a few hours break but the other guys were so fatigued, Noah got back in the bike at 3am. 2 hours sleep is enough 😅
I can’t actually imagine what this is like for him or Yann!
Yann is doing his best to maintain the bike. There have been a few crashes, tyre changes, transponder issues 🙈 the usual stuff going wrong. Yann is always the man that holds things together!
So I have basically been watching the live YouTube feed as much as I can. It’s a bit boring to be fair, but at least I feel a little bit a part of the experience.
I don’t have any photos of Noah there. Yann is too busy to think of taking pictures 🙈 That is why Smudge is filling the gap in this post! She prettier anyway.
Only 4 hours to go now! 12 noon finish will be 24 hours.
