This is Esmée. She is 2 and a half years old and my sons best friend. She has recently been diagnosed with Cancer. Such a hard topic to talk about let alone live with. Little bit about this beaut... Esmée was born prematurely.... she was so tiny! She could fit in dolls clothes like they were made....
