Session 1 [please arrive in time to start at 7pm]
7pm - 7.45pm - Repertoire class for improvers / intermediates looking to add more 'vocabulary' to their dancing. Session 2 [beginners please arrive in time to start at 7.45]
7.45 – 8.30 pm. – Essentials for all levels (including complete beginners). This class focuses on the f

undamentals that help make you a memorable dance partner, including the tango embrace, walking variations, posture, balance, dissociation, body awareness, connection, stillness and musicality. Practica, tea-drinking and socialising, with introduction to tango etiquette. This is the time to practice what you've learned in the class, to experiment,learn from each other, have individual instruction, to drink tea, socialise, watch, and simply enjoy dancing.

Last Friday we were exploring the differences in embrace and movements between Salon, and Milonguero Styles. In next week’s classes we will focus on Salon Style.

This weekend - Vals and Followers' technique. No class on Friday as we are heading to Cheltenham, which promises to be a wonderful weekend of Tango.

Sunday’s Mini Milonga in the garden was lovely. Good company, lovely music, wonderful dances, perfect weather, cake and fruit.

We had the best weekend. A truly wonderful Milonga on Saturday. We feel so privileged to have such a great group of tango dancers coming to our events from our Tango Essence group, and from an increasing number of visitors who enjoy the atmosphere here.

We had such a treat last week. Marcelo Almiron taught classes on Tuesday and Wednesday. In that time we explored the differences of embrace, and the way that we dance, in Milonguero style and Salon style. Feedback from the classes was so positive and we really hope he will return.
