With over 700 theatre schools and more than 40,000 students worldwide, Stagecoach is the UK's largest network of part time performing arts schools for children. Since our inception in 1988, our singing, acting and dancing classes have helped to build the confidence of many thousands of children, as well as providing a springboard for some of the country's leading young performers.

🌟 THE ROLE
Lead and manage one or multiple of our vibrant performing arts schools per term, ensuring high-quality experiences for students, team, and families.

💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✔ Lead, motivate, and support a team ✔ Organise and oversee weekly classes and events ✔ Maintain high standards of teaching and student experience ✔ Communicate with staff, parents, and students  ✔ Manage planning, schedules, and operations ✔ Support performances and showcases
✔️ Take registers and keep student wellbeing as top priority

✅ ESSENTIAL SKILLS
You must have strong skills in:
• Leadership & teamwork
• Organisation (planning, attention to detail, prioritising tasks)
• Problem-solving
• Technical knowledge
• Communication
• Time management
• Performance Arts knowledge
• Experience with working with children and young adults

⏰ REQUIREMENT
Must be available to work weekends

Shaftesbury Theatre 2025, our Junior Troupe absolutely SMASHED it. We took the West End by storm!!!!!!!!

Our youngest Troupe owned that iconic stage and had the best time. I am beyond proud of each and every one of my outstanding students for what they have just achieved. Months of hard work has well and truly paid off, what an incredible experience for my students and their families!

A huge thank you to Junior Troupe teachers, Ellie for all your hard work, choreography and blocking, you brought out the very best in every student and made sure they were there to shine 🖤✨ and to John for making them sound so phenomenal.

Another heartfelt thank you to my Junior Troupe students for all your hard work and commitment since February. You were captivating to watch on that stage and I could see that you loved every single second. To sing that vocal marathon and perform to that standard at your ages is unreal.
The feedback from the event organisers and audiences have been epic and I hope that the Shaftesbury performance will be locked in as a core memory ✨🎄

I cannot wait to see what next year brings for our Junior Troupe.

Through drama, singing, and dance, children learn to express themselves, build confidence, and nurture their wellbeing. We’re celebrating the positive impact the performing arts have on young minds today, and always.

But remember, some days are tougher than others. It’s okay not to feel okay, just know, your Stagecoach family are always here for you ✨

Congratulations to Saturday Morning Stage 2 student, Delilah! She has earned herself all THREE Certificates of the week today; Actor, Singer and Dancer.

All that hard work, energy and commitment applied to all three disciplines has well and truly paid off this week and has been recognised by her teachers.

Well done Delilah! Keep it up 🤩
