Sen Mornings at Swanley Park raise £4,000 for We Are Beams!

We are delighted to share that last summer’s SEN Mornings at Swanley Park raised an incredible £4,000 in support of We Are Beams, a local charity dedicated to supporting disabled children, young people, and their families across Kent.
The impressive total was achieved through a series of specially arranged SEN Mornings, hosted jointly by Swanley Park and Swanley New Barn Railway. Both venues opened early to provide exclusive access, giving families the chance to enjoy the park’s activities in a calm, welcoming environment.

Events Manager Lily Smith said:
“We are incredibly grateful to everyone who helped us reach this fantastic goal. We Are Beams carries out amazing work supporting families who need it most, and we’re proud to play a part in helping them continue their essential services.”

We Are Beams currently supports more than 450 families, offering respite care, short breaks, expert advice, and direct support for children with disabilities. The funds raised by Swanley Park and Swanley New Barn Railway will go directly toward helping the charity continue delivering these vital services.

We’ll be taking a festive break🎉
The Barnyard Soft Play will be closed from 8th December to 26th December for the Christmas period.
We’ll reopen on 27th December and can’t wait to welcome you back for more fun!

We are a small, but fun, 3 floor indoor soft play centre, age ranging to 10 years!
We are not well known, but we would love to be!
The Barnyard hosts a variety of sessions, from walkins, to exclusive hire parties (currently on discount!), to seasonal events!
We are located next to the cafe at swanley park, next time you’re around, feel free to take a look around.
The Barnyard is dedicated to ensuring your children are able to play in a clean and safe environment, we also understand times are hard which is why we offer a half price session during the week!
Only £3 during off peak times, your money has been put to good use!
