We have a host of NEW exercise classes coming to the studio NEXT WEEK!

Our full weekly timetable includes classes for every level, age and ability:
⭐️ CANDLE LIT YOGA
⭐️ MAT PILATES
⭐️ SUNDAY MORNING BODY BURN
⭐️ TABATA
⭐️ CIRCUITS
⭐️ WEIGHT BASED TRAINING
⭐️ LOW INTENSITY TRAINING

AND all of our classes are baby and child friendly! 👶🏼
So please feel free to bring your little ones along, we have a children’s play area in the studio, or your children are welcome to JOIN IN TOO 💪🏼

We are relaunching our fitness class timetable at G’s Studio!!

Take a look at some of our BRAND NEW ADDITIONS!

Along with some time changes to help our parents on schools runs- morning classes will now begin at 9:15am, giving you PLENTY of time to get to the studio after getting the kids to school 📚

NEW SUNDAY SESSIONS!

My studio ladies don’t get enough praise on here!!

At the studio, we run small, friendly, intimate group exercise classes! Designed for women who are anxious around bigger group settings, women that want to socialise as well as workout, and women who have children and need a space to workout with their children too!!

My fitness ladies have become one big family, all different ages, abilities and all walks of life, but we train together and support each other every single week 🩷

We love you ladies!! 💪🏼
