We have been working on creating a small area just for our little ones that come along with their mummy’s to our fitness classes!

We love to be a welcoming place to all women, including those mums who struggle with childcare- your babies, toddlers and children are welcome to come along with you to all of our fitness classes!

Soft steps and play, a slide, lots of soft toys and our very own colouring corner too 🤩

We’re already enjoying watching your little ones use this area whilst you workout, and can’t wait for more children to come and play! ☺️🛝

Our classes are chaos, fun and challenging all at the same time!

We are baby and child friendly, with our newly built play area we cannot wait to welcome more women and more mums to our studio classes! Feel free to bring your babies and children along to classes with you, they’re free to roam and play whilst you work HARD! 🤩

We have class options for all ages, abilities and times of day; pick from a morning 9am class and get it done straight away, or join us in the evenings once you’re home from work and ready for a workout! 💪🏻

Our members and instructors are so welcoming and friendly, why not come and try a class and meet the team? 💛

Frankie got up onto our stage and WON the parent dance off in our afternoon show, winning MIA a brand new street dance hoodie!! 🥳
