This customer asked us to check a piercing they'd had done somewhere else, quite a while ago, they have been struggling with intermittent swelling and soreness around the piercing area
We carried out a medical clean of the piercing and found that the jewellery chosen by the customer was surgical steel which held a nickel content, the customer was showing signs of allergic reaction to nickel which is more common than you'd think...
We replaced the jewellery with this beautiful crystal cluster labret which is nothing but medical grade titanium, the customer instantly felt a subside to the symptoms and left feeling a lot happier with her piercing.
