Thank you to everyone who has made my birthday so special borh here and in Lanzarote, its been a blast ! 😎🌞 I wasnt looking forward to this birthday number but wow you have made it so special. Thank yoi ! Tomorrow I will be mostly chilling out and finding homes for everything 😁😊❤️

So blessed to be fit and healthy and surrounded by lovely family and friends ❤️🙏
Very overwhelmed with all the gifts and cards I have received, so I will be pacing myself throughout the day opening them up ! 🎂🎁🎊
My son summed my age up beautifuly in his card to me too 😂😂🎂🙈

The chouce is your ..... stretch, tone, dance, strength and cardio work. We have it all!

A great group of ladies too, which makes classes welcoming and fun 🙂😁

Wed 7pm Yoga & Tone at Fairfax
Thurs 6.30pm Fitsteps (dance fitness )
Fri 09.30 Online class for members
Sat 9am Bodyfit .... strength, cardio, core work at Fairfax

Classes are £8 each and last an hour

Each Saturday 9am I teach Bodyfit at Fairfax school .Sutton Coldfield

Bodyfit is my own invention that involves
Aetobics, short bursts of HIIT, strength work, core work and Yoga style cool down . Class lasts an hour and costs £8.

Its a lively class but exercises can be adapted for beginners .
Your will need some light dumb bells and a mat .

It could be the best thing you do for your mind and body this weekend 😊🙌🔥
