Shout out for volunteers / help!!
Hey everyone - next week ...Monday to Wednesday - 26th to 28th October ...we are doing some reset and maintenance work of our upper paintballing zones that we use for games, Diamond Wars and special events - including work on getting the field ready for the PURE Woodsball Paintball event - our leg is in November.
If anyone can spare some time and hours to come help it would be greatly appreciated.

Diamond Wars - Halloween Cup Grand Finale
HMC COMMANDER "WITZY" IS OUT FOR REVENGE! 💥
Going Postal’s Witzy has done a sterling job leading the HMC forces this year — and he’s heading to the Diamond Wars Grand Finale: Halloween Cup, Sunday 8th November, with unfinished business! 💀
His sights are set on the Halloween Cup silverware. He'll be scouring the battle torn lands of The Corimbe for Diamonds and Blood Dollars, to get ahead of the USDE and bring the trophy home for HMC! 🏆
He also has another MISSION ..
As we all know away from the battlefield, Witzy works tirelessly to support people in war-torn Ukraine — visiting to help and by collecting donations of kit, equipment and everyday essentials for care packages. 🇺🇦💛💙
As always, he’ll be at Diamond Wars with his charity stand, and this time he’s asking for some extra help to get the Ukranian people through winter:
If you have any unused or can purchase the following - please bring them to the DW on Sunday 8th Nov!
🔹 Camping gas canisters for stoves.
🔹 Calpol or an equivalent children’s brand for Ukrainian children becoming ill whilst forced to live in underground shelters.
If every person attending the event brought a gas canister and / or a bottle of Calpol - just imagine how many people / children that could help!
Winter is coming.....
Show him some support, bring what you can and help make a difference.
On the field, Witzy is hunting victory. Off it, he’s helping others. 👊

Spotlight on USDE Commander - Rick "Brightsword" Sinclair
THE GENTLEMAN PAINTBALLER RETURNS…
The commanders are stepping forward for the Diamond Wars Grand Finale – The Halloween Cup, Sunday 8th November 2026… and USDE have a familiar face ready to lead the charge....
Introducing veteran commander Rick “Brightsword” Sinclair – the gentleman paintballer!
A cool head, a fighting spirit and a touch of class on the battlefield. Brightsword knows that good manners and fierce competition can go hand in hand… although HMC shouldn’t expect any favours when the whistle blows!
Charm. Wit. Ruthless precision!
The age-defying Bright Sword returns alongside his fellow Generals, ready to rally the USDE and ruin HMC’s day.
Described by his detractors as a “velvet-wrapped brick”, he combines impeccable manners with a fighting spirit. Expect sharp strategy, sharper remarks and absolutely no favours.
His essentials? Gieves & Hawkes, Barbour when venturing into the wild, and the finer things in life.
And his thoughts on HMC?
“They all seem quite decent… once the zookeepers have fed them.”
A gentleman, certainly. To be taken lightly? Never.
Having helped steer USDE to victory this season, Brightsword returns to the Corimbe with unfinished business. The Halloween Cup awaits, the Crystal Skull is calling, and every point will count.
Can the gentleman paintballer help lead USDE to a triumphant finish? Will you be knighted one of Brightsword's "Chosen Men"? Or will HMC spoil the party?

IMPORTANT INFO FAO: anyone attending the NPF Walk - On Paintball game this SUNDAY 30th AUGUST!!

This Sunday we are the host venue for a large dance music festival called Off Grid!! This means that if you are arriving to play this Sunday's Walk On you will NOT be able to get access to the venue via our Main Gate at the Bassetts Pole roundabout.

We kindly ask that you arrive at the rear gated entrance to the venue - located just 2 mins drive away off Coppice Lane - please map attached - ( for those that know - this is the gate we use for Diamond Wars etc and the old Paintfest gate!)

A member of our staff will be at the gate to meet you and please follow their instructions on arrival. They will be wearing a bright orange top !! If you do find yourself at our main gate - security staff will be manning this point and you will be sent to the Coppice Lane gate. Please help by making your way to the Coppice Lane gate instead.

What a fantastic Diamond Wars weekend! 💎
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us last Sunday for EVENT 2 in our 2026 series. It was brilliant to see such a huge gathering of like-minded paintballers, all battling it out for THE WIN!
The weekend kicked off with Saturday night’s campover, blessed with great weather, BBQ smoke filling the air, friendly banter flowing and memories of Diamond Wars gone by being shared around camp.
And to top it all off… England got the win in the footy too! ⚽
Then Sunday delivered exactly what Diamond Wars is all about — epic battles, tactical gameplay, plenty of noise and an incredible spirit from every player on the field.
The USDE and HMC forces came out hard, and the mighty red HMC army, led by Papa G, Drask and Going Postal’s Witzy, proved they could fight hard against the blues with the added spice of the Universal Exports lads in the mix, the battles were fierce, loud and absolutely full-on!
Meanwhile, the USDE Blues, led this time by Colonel Mayo and, of course, Rick "Brightsword" Sinclair, brought their trademark "aggression with elegance", combining disciplined tactics with relentless pressure as they battled for every point on the field.
Every objective mattered, every point counted, and neither side was prepared to give an inch. With the scoreline constantly shifting, the outcome remained in the balance right up until the final whistle, making for one of the closest and most exciting Diamond Wars battles to date.
In the end, after some of the most intense battles we've ever seen on the field, it came down to the finest of margins. It was close… incredibly close… but the USDE just edged ahead of the HMC, claiming victory in Diamond Wars – Event 2.
The result? An incredible day of paintball that showcased everything Diamond Wars is about—great leadership, tactical gameplay, fierce firefights and an amazing community spirit. Whether you wore red or blue, every player played their part in making this one of the best Diamond Wars events yet!
What a weekend. Thank you to every player, marshal and member of staff who made it happen. We can’t wait to do it all again!
