This 1960s side cabinet has been given a new tropical lease of life whilst still staying true to itself.

The outside has been handpainted using Al Fresco range in Apple of My Eye and waxed with the clear wax, whist the inside has been given the luxury treatment and been painted with gold enamel. Set of completely with the palm print on the door and new metal k***s.

Upcycling this lovely 1940s piece was an absolute pleasure.

Stripping back those years of paint and varnish to reveal those beautiful oak drawer fronts was such a satisfying experience.

Painted with Hornblower from Lazy Range, this piece was finished with the addition of some delicate gold k***s and a hint of the tropics within the drawers.

Every piece has its own story to tell and a new chapter to give!
