CALL OUT FOR YOUNG ARTISTS!

SVA artists Emily Joy and Alison Cockcroft working together as PERISCOPE have funding from ARTS COUNCIL ENGLAND to deliver an immersive, public creative event in Stroud Town Centre in October 2019.

PERISCOPE are looking for a small group of young people to collaborate with us on The Explorer's Dream project - an immersive, public creative event in Stroud.

We want you to create an evolving exhibition of material made by the public, to be held in the Summerfield Gallery at SVA. We will give you mentoring, a budget, and will hand over control for you to respond as you wish to the brief!

The exhibition will run over two weekends, between the 16th - 29th October. You will gain some great experience of working with established artists on a publicly funded project, interacting with the public, having control of a budget and of curating a gallery space.
