The new Cooking with Fire Evening Dining menu has arrived, and it’s full of fire, flavour and dishes made for slow evenings at 106 🔥

If you love smoky, flame-grilled flavours, this is one to try.

Expect tasty sharing-style small plates, flame-grilled mains, slow-cooked meats, grilled seafood, cocktails, carefully selected wines and our signature self-serve salad bar included with every main course.
