📢 HALES SUMMER SOCIAL UPDATE

It is with great disappointment that we have made the difficult decision to postpone this year’s Hales Summer Social.

Due to unforeseen circumstances and illness affecting one of our organisers, we simply aren’t able to deliver the event to the standard that you all deserve. After a lot of discussion, we feel postponing is the right decision.

We know many of you were looking forward to the day just as much as we were, and we’re incredibly sorry for any disappointment or inconvenience this may cause.

What happens next?
🎟️ All tickets will automatically roll over to the new event date next year, so there’s nothing you need to do.

📅 We are already working on securing a new date and will announce it as soon as everything is confirmed.

We’d like to say a massive thank you for all of your support since launching Hales Summer Social. The response from the local community has been amazing, and we’re determined to come back next year with an event that’s bigger and better than ever.

Thank you for your patience, understanding and continued support. It really does mean a lot to us.

What. A. Night. 🍻🇩🇪

Friday’s Bierkeller was everything we hoped for and more. Steins in the air, benches bouncing and an Oompah band that did not miss a beat. From the first song to the last shout of

“Forwards, Backwards, Left, Right…”

…that Sway had the whole room moving. If you were there, you know. If you weren’t, you definitely heard about it.

The energy in the clubhouse was unreal. Fancy dress on point. Voices gone. Heads a little sore Saturday morning. Proper scenes.

Massive thank you to everyone who came down and made it what it was. These nights only work because of the people in the room and you lot brought it.

🚨 SOLD OUT EVENT 🚨
We are completely SOLD OUT for Friday night’s Bierkeller event.
❌ There will be NO tickets available on the door.
❌ No entry without a valid ticket.
Please do not travel to the venue if you do not already have a confirmed ticket.

🎺 WHAT TO EXPECT
This is a full-on Bierkeller Night with a live German Oompah Band bringing the atmosphere all evening 🇩🇪🍻
Bring your A-game, your energy and be ready to get fully involved in the fun and games. This is not a sit back and watch type of night… it’s steins in the air, singing loud and proper Hales vibes 💛💙❤️

🕖 Doors open at 7:00PM
🎶 Event starts at 7:30PM

There will be light snacks on the tables, however these are not substantial please make sure you eat before you join us.

🎭 Fancy dress is absolutely allowed — and encouraged!
Lederhosen, dirndls, Bavarian hats, braces… the more effort the better 🍺🇩🇪

🎟 ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
All attendees must have a valid ticket (digital or printed).
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless agreed in advance by the event organisers.
Management reserve the right to refuse entry.

🍺 STEIN DEPOSIT POLICY
• Stein deposits must have been paid in advance (before the advertised deadline).
• Steins can only be returned by guests who have paid the official deposit.
• Deposits will be refunded after the event once the stein is returned undamaged.
• Any service charges are non-refundable.

🪪 AGE POLICY
This is an 18+ event.
Valid photographic ID may be required on entry.
Challenge 25 will be in operation.

🚫 BEHAVIOUR
Zero tolerance towards drugs, aggression or abusive behaviour.
Anyone excessively intoxicated or behaving inappropriately will be removed without refund.
Management decisions are final.

🍻 Stein Deposit Information – Bierkeller Night

Enhance your Bierkeller experience with an authentic Bavarian stein!
Steins are optional, and can be reserved with an £8 refundable deposit.

📅 Deposit Deadline
All stein deposits must be made before 14/02/26.
After this date, no further deposits can be taken and you will not be eligible for a stein on the night.

🔄 Refund Process
At the end of the evening, return your stein to the designated collection point.
Refunds will be issued after the event has finished and once all steins have been checked.
To receive a refund, the following conditions apply:

✅ Stein Policy
Reserving a stein is optional.
An £8 refundable deposit is required if you choose to have one.
Only guests who have paid the deposit are eligible for a refund.
The stein must be returned undamaged – no cracks, chips or breakage.
Lost, unreturned, or damaged steins will result in loss of the deposit.
Refunds will be processed after the event once all steins are accounted for.
