We had a great first weekend back at SCAPA! ✨

When the kids were doing their vocal warm up, we had to take a snapshot because we thought we were having déjà vu! 😱😂

🌟 FOUR MASSIVE WELL DONE’S! 🌟

We are absolutely bursting with pride over these four incredible SCAPA students! 💜🎭 Each of these talented young people is a SCAPA 1:1 student and, over the summer, they took on their Musical Theatre exams and they absolutely smashed them! 👏🏼✨

🏆 Our first young lady achieved a HIGH DISTINCTION in Grade 5 Musical Theatre!

🏆 Our second young lady achieved a HIGH DISTINCTION in Grade 8 Musical Theatre!

🏆 And our final two students BOTH achieved HIGH DISTINCTIONS in Grade 6 Musical Theatre!

These results are truly fantastic and are such a testament to the dedication, hard work and commitment each of you has put into your training 🌟🌟 We are completely blown away by your results, and it is so clear that all of that effort has well and truly paid off! 🌟

We are SO proud of you all! Keep shining, keep working hard and keep doing what you love! 🎭✨

Thinking of all our lovely students, their families and all of our Stourbridge and Norton friends who have been sadly impacted by the devastating wildfires fires. Nothing could have prepared us for the sadness, shock and trauma that yesterday brought!

We are a family at Show Call and care deeply about you all. If you need anything at all, or if there is any way we can help, please reach out to us & don’t struggle alone.

Alternatively, if you are in a position where you may be able to help, the lovely Vi from Leslie's Care Packages has set up a fundraiser to support anyone who has been impacted by the fires. We will be making a donation from SCAPA today, and we will paste the details of her campaign in the comments for anyone who may be able to contribute. Even the smallest donations add up❤️

🎉 STUDENT SHOUT-OUTS!! 🎉

A huge congratulations to two of our SCAPA superstars who have both achieved fantastic results in their Rockschool music exams! 🌟

🎸 Firstly, our lovely Lola Hotel from our Norton group has passed her Grade 5 Bass exam through Rockschool with a Merit! What an incredible achievement!

🎸 Secondly, this wonderful young man from our Halesowen group has passed his Grade 2 Electric Guitar exam through Rockschool, also achieving a Merit! Fantastic!

👏 A massive well done to you both. Keep up the great work, Show Callers! We can’t wait to see what you achieve next! ❤️🎶

Thank you everyone from our Norton and Halesowen groups, for a wonderful academic year! We hope you’ve enjoyed it just as much as we have!

You are all superstars and we can't wait to get back in September!

Have a wonderful summer & we look forward to revealing our plans for the new academic year when we see you all again!

It's been a very emotional day! We have had to say goodbye to a couple of long-standing members that we will miss very much. We've also had exams taking place this afternoon and we want to say a big well done to those students for making us very proud!

Well done everyone in our Norton group on delivering a top-notch show and for being the beautiful humans that you all are!

We look forward to working towards our performance at the end of the year with our Halesowen group who are doing a fantastic job in rehearsals. Keep being your fabulous selves!
