The amount of hard work from these beautiful people is always under appreciated. HebCelt Festival is one of the greatest ever achievements of the Outer Hebrides. There would be no Wee Studio, Face the West or Peat & Diesel without Hebcelt inspiring us to great heights at an early age. It takes a proper community to run a successful festival like this year in and year out. I couldn’t be prouder. Like this post to show your support!

Our Board came together at the weekend for a full day of planning and preparations for HebCelt 2027 and beyond.

Storm Boelo had other plans for some of our travel arrangements, so we adapted and held a hybrid meeting, bringing everyone together in person and online despite the disruption! 🌧️💻

There’s lots happening behind the scenes as we look ahead to our 30th anniversary in 2027, and we can’t wait to share more news with you in the coming weeks. 👀🎶

8 years ago tonight I did sound in the O2 in London. For my good friend Colin Macleod and his band. Supporting Robert Plant and Van Morrison would you believe! Even Seth Lakeman was there!!! Honestly the best craic ever. 🥹
