**UPDATE** For future events we are now taking applications from new artists, this is an artist collaborative project so please request and read and agree to the artist outline before applying. Over a 7 day period of Stony Live in early June 2022 the High Street in Stony Stratford was turned it into one big Gallery. Having approached shops along the High Street to support an artist
by having their work faced outwards from their window with a 90% positive response. Alongside the artwork there would be info about the artist, the cost of the work and how to buy. A large logo was placed onto the shop to also show where the work is. We held a private view with art tours, meet the artists and to all intents and purposes we treated the event as if we were in a gallery while on our High Street. It was a very successful event with many attending on the evening and over the course of the week and sales were generated for the artists on the night and over the week. Applications from artists only, no craft based arts or products as it is felt these areas are well represented in other groups and activities. All artistic practices painting, drawing, photography, sculpture, digital paintings, etching, lino cutting etc will be considered.
