📣 Important Payment Policy Update – From 2026 📣
To help events run smoothly and ensure payments are handled fairly, I’ll be introducing the following payment policy for all bookings from 2026 onwards:
✅ Deposit Payments
• A deposit is required to secure your booking
• Deposits must be paid within 7 days of confirming the event/disco
• Deposits paid after this time will incur a late payment fee
✅ Final Balance Payments
• The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the event or within 3 days after
• Any balances paid after this time will incur a late payment fee
These changes help cover additional administration time and ensure staff can be paid promptly.
