Finished the knitting of my Marguerite jumper by . With many thanks to my sister in laws for the present. What a lovely knit it was but now for my least favourite bit lots and lots of end sewn in and lots and lots of ends still to sew in.

Stitch by stitch. Slowly completing the corners on my daily stitch journal . Stitched with vintage threads on linen fabric.

When my youngest granddaughter presented me with her too small and worn out sweatshirt which she had loved and asked me to make it into a cushion, I was not sure what to do. I think my solution was acceptable. She especially liked the ears. I like the fact I could reuse the ribbing inside out and made the stuffing from fabric scraps

Replacing all the buttons on a perfectly good pink cardigan. Saving it from ragging. I find it hard to believe that someone cut all its buttons off and then donated it to All part of the repair and rewear Stokesley initiative
