Had a cheeky road trip to the Castle & Falcon in Birmingham last night to watch the awesome Hyphen, Native James, Gen & the Degenerates & Mudrat… absolutely recommend seeing any of these live!!! Sadly missed Mudrat but Gen ATD soon demanded the pit into action. She has plenty to say & will give the Lambrini Girls a run for their money! Native James have long been on my radar & great to see them gathering pace! If this is 2020’s Nu-metal revival, count me in… big riffs, heavy bass & precision beats fuelled with politically charged vocals. F**K YES!!!
Hyphen, I’ve witnessed before supporting the mighty Bob Vylan, and delighted to report Hyphen are made for the headlining slot, bringing an energy with all the dance moves. Less pit, more bounce, these guys are so much fun & have the perfect soundtrack to the world we live in
Check’em out, you won’t be disappointed! Oh, before I forget… HATE YACHTS, NOT DINGHIES!!!
