This one-of-a-kind workshop with our Spring selection of unique aerial apparatus is perfect for getting some great pictures and flow videos to celebrate that if Spring has finally sprung then so can you! 🐝

Workshops 6:30-9:00pm are accessible to all and will be Beginner to Improver level friendly:

- AERIAL SLING & HAMMOCK: Take it easy and learn some fun, flowy routines with spectacular shapes that are perfect for pictures, or go crazy and bounce like a bunny with new SPRINGY drops! You won't want to miss these 👀 But no need to choose between options if you want your fix of everything - as all will be taught together, plus beginner friendly drops will also be shown too! 🎪

- TIPPY HOOP: A classic playground favourite is back! From flips to flow, drops and strop work, Tippy Hoop always has so much to be explored by both brand new and seasoned flyers - we can't wait to turn your world upside down with one of our favourite apparatus again this Easter! 🤩

- LYRA LADDER: An oldie but always a goodie and guaranteed to give lots of laughs! Lyra Ladder is two hoops connected together vertically. So whether you want to try doubles for the first time, or are just excited about being able to do synchronised hooping with your bestie - we've got you. No partner is required as our instructors are always available to base, or go in the high hoop and talk you through all the moves together while you try the low hoop until you feel comfortable. From simple synchro flows to daring doubles, there's always lots to play with on this unique apparatus! 🎉

- FLOW PROPS: Enjoy warming up and playing with our circus flow props! We have hula hoops, poi, contact staffs, dance ribbons, silk fans, spinning stars, juggling balls and scarves available - Shaun and Eden will be around to help you out if you've never tried flow before and want to give it a go! 🤹

Amazing news! 🎉 From tomorrow - our move to Thursday evenings Northwood Stadium means we have a whole extra hour of time so our little kiddos SEN Classes are BACK on the timetable and we couldn't be happier!! 🥳

🌟 We are so excited to welcome back our regular class options on our interim timetable and we will hopefully be able to introduce even more timetable flexibility as we head into April! 🌟

We are so glad that everyone enjoyed our welcome back workshops at Northwood Stadium last week, it was so lovely to be back! 🥳 As promised - booking went live on Friday for our regular weekly classes every Tuesday evening, starting tomorrow February 24th and we can't wait to have you all join us again!

Booking will close at midday on each day of our classes (eg. booking will close at 12 midday on Tuesday 24th for the classes held on this date) due to needing enough numbers to cover rent of an external space for the time being, so please book in advance if you are planning to join us! ❤️

Advanced booking will also help us to know which classes to prioritise running on our more reduced timetable until April - as you may have seen from our previous email correspondence that we are slightly more limited until then, with only having one night per week as opposed to our usual five.

If you have any feedback or questions for us please feel free to message or email us and we will help with anything that we can - keep your eyes peeled for more SEN workshops too, coming soon! 🎉

⏰ 6:30–8:00pm SEN Sensory Circus Aerial & Flow Arts Workshop (Ages 6-16) £17.50 with Adele, Shaun & Eden for 1.5hrs - parents and carers can stay for the duration of this session

These workshops are longer than our usual classes at a discounted rate, as we wanted to do something a little more special to welcome everyone to our new host venue this half term! Plus allowing everyone a little more time to get used to our new teaching space 🎪

So all our wonderful Kids & Youth students will not just be up in the air doing aerial with Adele, but getting to learn flow arts from Shaun and Eden too - including contact staff, juggling, poi and hula hoop! 🤹

All half term workshops are suitable to those with or without previous experience and all sessions are SEN friendly - so if you want to learn how to do climbs, spins, tricks and drops on aerial silks, hammock & lollipop, as well as learning flow arts and ground based circus skills, now is the perfect chance! 🎉

We’re so excited to announce our Adults Half Term Valentine’s Workshop - a cute, playful evening of some of our favourite unique apparatus, flow and most of all, fun! (age 16+) 💘

What to expect:

❤️ Aerial Heart & LED Hoop
🍭 Tippy Hoop & Lollipop
⛓ Aerial Chains & Loops (because sometimes… love hurts!)
✨ Plus Flow Jam equipment available all evening!

✨ All levels of experience welcome, including beginners - no partner needed as there will be plenty of solo and duo options, as well as variations for different ability levels!

This workshop also marks the start of our next chapter, as we begin hosting our sessions during half term (next week!) while we settle into our new residency space. UPDATE POST: Hey everyone! 👋 We can't believe it's now been one week since we handed back the keys to our first space... which has been our Kinetic Heights home for the past 18 months 💖

During this time our team has been hard at work liaising with our new venue and working on a new timetable of classes we will soon be able to share with you all! It has been a very busy time for all of us so we truly appreciate the patience from our beautiful community 🤗

An announcement for our new venue and timetable should be made within the next week, which is super exciting for us all! This also means we can give our instructors and volunteers a much deserved rest next week, before our classes start back up again soon 🎉

We have been doing equipment tests and much more in the new space to prepare for us all to be back as soon as possible, so keep an eye out for more updates & information in the coming days 🥳 our deepest thanks to everyone for showing so much kindness and support, we can't wait to be back!

As a lot of you already know - this week is our last week of classes at our current space in Joiners Square 🎪

There will be some special classes on this week to say farewell to our first ever space that our amazing community has filled with so much love, fun, support and wonderful memories!

Our usual timetable will be paused from Sunday 18th January as we make preparations to move out this coming weekend - there will be a small closure of what we expect to be 3-4 weeks whilst we get ourselves set up at a new venue, so don't worry, we are not going anywhere and will still be very close by!

We are also still hoping to run some one-off events, classes or workshops during this downtime period of our current timetable, before our new timetable is finalised and released 🥳

So watch this space for exciting updates coming very soon 👀

If this news seems sudden to some of you - we do apologise as we have not been able to announce anything official until now, but we are looking onwards and upwards ❤️

Join us TOMORROW for our last full day of FREE fully funded workshops for Youths (ages 12-18 yrs) at 12:30pm & 1:30pm and for SEN children (ages 4-16yrs) at 3:30pm & 4:30pm in our series of free community workshops held in our current space designed to facilitate exciting new, engaging & accessible hobbies! 🥳

Our free workshops are a unique chance to get involved in learning so many different and fun skills like juggling, poi, staffs, hula hoop and all sorts of aerial apparatus too! 😄 We are a welcoming, supportive space with so many amazing opportunities to be a part of - focusing on positive impact mentally, physically & socially in our local community. 🏡

There will also be FREE REFRESHMENTS for all attendees and their families, as well as a social space if you'd like to stay and watch or to just have some tea and biscuits. Plus a decicated relaxed hour 2:30-3:30pm to enable locals and families to take advantage of our refeshments and warm, social space for our community. ☕
