This one-of-a-kind workshop with our Spring selection of unique aerial apparatus is perfect for getting some great pictures and flow videos to celebrate that if Spring has finally sprung then so can you! 🐝
Workshops 6:30-9:00pm are accessible to all and will be Beginner to Improver level friendly:
- AERIAL SLING & HAMMOCK: Take it easy and learn some fun, flowy routines with spectacular shapes that are perfect for pictures, or go crazy and bounce like a bunny with new SPRINGY drops! You won't want to miss these 👀 But no need to choose between options if you want your fix of everything - as all will be taught together, plus beginner friendly drops will also be shown too! 🎪
- TIPPY HOOP: A classic playground favourite is back! From flips to flow, drops and strop work, Tippy Hoop always has so much to be explored by both brand new and seasoned flyers - we can't wait to turn your world upside down with one of our favourite apparatus again this Easter! 🤩
- LYRA LADDER: An oldie but always a goodie and guaranteed to give lots of laughs! Lyra Ladder is two hoops connected together vertically. So whether you want to try doubles for the first time, or are just excited about being able to do synchronised hooping with your bestie - we've got you. No partner is required as our instructors are always available to base, or go in the high hoop and talk you through all the moves together while you try the low hoop until you feel comfortable. From simple synchro flows to daring doubles, there's always lots to play with on this unique apparatus! 🎉
- FLOW PROPS: Enjoy warming up and playing with our circus flow props! We have hula hoops, poi, contact staffs, dance ribbons, silk fans, spinning stars, juggling balls and scarves available - Shaun and Eden will be around to help you out if you've never tried flow before and want to give it a go! 🤹
