Moorcroft Since 1897, each piece of Moorcroft art pottery has been made entirely by hand from start to finish

Since 1897 each piece of Moorcroft is made entirely using liquid clay slip applied by hand to create a design outline before being infiled with metallic oxide paints and uniquely fired twice after being dipped in vitrified glass. We hope that you enjoy Moorcroft’s page and if you wish to visit us in person the Moorcroft Heritage Visitor Centre in Stoke-on-Trent is home to our retail shop,

museum and original 1913 grade II listed bottle kiln that proudly soars into the Staffordshire skyline.
