All of Cheadle came out to witness the spectacle of the Carnival procession, and the Carnival activities that are sadly no longer with us ... But wait .. Yes we can. Do you, as a local business or local towns-person have something to give or are you prepared to give up a li

ttle time to resurrect this once proud Cheadle Town Tradition .... The admin of this page invite you all to share this page far and wide, and we ask anyone who would like to help bring the carnival back to inbox us your interest whether it be putting on a stall or leading the procession itself and we will, in the near future arrange a meeting to see if we can bring back the Carnival to the town. We still need 12 volunteers to help us with Road closures for the Carnival Parade.

If you have the ability to wear a hi-vis vest whilst occasionally shouting "Thou shalt not pass" and can spare a few hours between 11am and 2pm, we can reward you with a wristband for free entry onto the Tean Road Recreation Ground.

We are looking for volunteers to help with manning the road closure for the parade on Saturday 11 July.

Volunteers are required from approximately 11.00 - 14.00 hrs.

You will be able to see the full parade, and will receive a free wristband for entry into the Carnival after the parade.
