This is the LAST Duchess tour! Don't miss out!

Stoke on Clay invites you to join a guided tour through the iconic black front doors of the Duchess China factory.

Please assemble at the Factory Shop at 10:15am for the tour, which will begin at 10:30am and last until 12:00pm.

You will experience the factory that has been producing fine Staffordshire bone china since 1888, witnessing the manufacturing process, including mould making, casting, fettling, and decorating.

Please note, the tour involves many stairs and extensive walking, making it unsuitable for wheelchair users. Due to health and safety regulations, it is also not suitable for pushchairs, babes in arms, slings, or carriers. Advanced booking is required.

We have just added 2 tickets for the Raku workshop tomorrow!

Come and create your own unique piece of Raku pottery in a workshop led by experienced potter and Raku artist Huw Phillips. All materials and guidance will be provided, using various glazing methods and techniques. 

The workshop culminates in a rapid firing, revealing your unique piece of pottery. No previous experience is required.

This is an outdoor event in a cobbled courtyard, so warm clothing and sensible footwear are required.
