Due to a big influx or orders and high demand over the last couple of weeks we have temporarily closed our Etsy shop.

We will reopen next week ( around Wednesday) once we have caught up with our current orders

Thank You to everyone who has ordered and all those that support us with our business by liking and sharing and our posts - we love and appreciate you all 😍

Those that have orders already in we are working very hard to process them and all orders will be dispatched on time.

For future orders we have increased our processing times to 2 weeks due to how busy the shop is and we are only a mum and daughter team and I also have a full time job and tamzin is at collage ( one day I’m hoping our small business will become our full jobs)

The shop is very busy and we recommend anyone wanting orders for Christmas to place your orders soon to avoid disappointment because there are still some postal strikes due at the end of the month.

We understand times are hard at the moment and if you are wanting to place an order but cannot afford it for a few more weeks, pop us a message and I’ll pop a note in our order books and we will hold it back for you.

We may need to stop taking Xmas orders at the end of November to ensure all other orders arrive in time for Christmas

These new personalised name boxes are starting to become popular in our Etsy shop. These are done using our larger letters and they come with 1 large shape. They come with paints, paint brush, glitter, glue and gems and come presented in a box with shredded paper ready for gifting. All you have to do is decide the name and what shape you would like. A quick notification of the confirmed Royal Mail strike dates that will be taking place this autumn.
Thank you all in advance for your patience and understanding when experiencing slight delivery delays that are beyond our control. We will continue to try and dispatch items early however please understand that this is not always possible.

‼️URGENT PLEASE READ ‼️

Over the next few months Royal Mail have 19 planned postal strikes starting this Friday and Saturday.

We will continue to package our orders and take them to our local post office ( the post office local to me is still open and taking parcels) however due to these strikes there may be some delays with parcels arriving to our customers

Unfortunately during this time, we are unable to take any short notice party orders as I would not want to risk them not arriving in time and you being disappointed ( I hope you understand)

Strikes planned are due to take place into the festive period and therefore if you are able too I recommend getting your orders in early.

Royal Mail strikes is likely to increase demand on other postal services so these too may experience some delays.

The shop is very busy at the moment and we are already getting Christmas orders in therefore our processing times are around 7-8 working days and then there is postage time on top of this. Orders will be processed in the order they come in.

If you already have an order placed with us, we are doing our best to dispatch a couple of days early so that the postal delays to not impact too much on your estimated delivery date however this is not possible with all orders due to the drying time required.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may caused.
