Over the last month, I’ve been helping the amazing team at TFI Lodestar present work to clients in a powerful new way.
 
We've moved beyond flat renders and animated flythroughs and gone all-in on a fully immersive VR approach - giving the client new levels of clarity and confidence in all aspects of set and staging. 
 
We've learned a lot during this process, and it was totally worth it - the team was super happy with what we created, and the client came away with a real sense of the space.
 
Unfortunately, I can't share any images or footage of the experience just yet — but I can share a few photos of the users in action.

Case study time:

Who wouldn't want to have the best seat in the house for the most incredible sunset ever?

This is what the Netflix's BEACH, BAR & CHILL activation is all about. Take a front row seat with your cocktail, listen to the DJ, and don't forget to explore the ice cream parlour and ball pits.

The challenge with this one was defiantly the lighting, trying to showcase the detail of the design, but capture that golden sunset as well. It was especially tricky getting the sunlight to just kiss the traditional architecture in the background and not have that stand out too much.

Here I've been taking a sketch from a friend and turning into a rigged Character, with the final idea of being able to deliver him back to my friend as a model.

Super happy to finally be able to share some images of a virtual set I worked on earlier in the year. The concept was a series sets based on "film" genres, this being the sci-fi one. The aim was to have a stylised, almost cartoony look and feel, with all the glossy materials and lighting on a futuristic real-life laboratory.

New year, new website!

I know it's a cliche, but it was so overdue. It's nice to filter through your work and add some new stuff. Plus, I'm launching new 3D printed art shop this year, so definitely needed a site upgrade.

Soon as it's finished, I'll no doubt share the hell of it. ;-)
