So many positive things to say about our latest project, Live At Tileyard North.

Not least.... the first time delivering an event at Tileyard, Wakefield (a brilliant venue!), the first time working with the team (who were amazing), yet another wonderful vision from our client (who keep on innovating).... and one for those who make the plans come to life, that mmmm feeling when the site visits and planning really pay off and everything fits like a glove and looks stunning! And the audiences over the 4 nights of live music seemed to enjoy it just as much as we did.

Bank Holiday weather blues for a lot of festivals over the weekend with rain, wind and a lovely bit of lightening thrown into the mix... but none of this dampened Rock N Roll Circus in Sheffield. 4 nights of live music and aerial artists inside a pretty phenonemal circus big top which kept the elements at bay and the show going.

A little bit of deja vu, given we're still dreaming of putting up and taking down another Big Top at last weekend's Rock N Roll Circus at Earlham Park, Norwich... where the weather was a lot kinder! But 2 weekends (8 nights) of amazing acts from Madness to The Streets, The Kooks to Richard Ashcroft and lots more in between has been one of our August highlights for sure... whatever the weather.

It's the last night of tonight!

Futuresound Group have done it again with a blistering line up over the past 2 weekends and we've absolutely enjoyed every minute of it (hmmm, maybe we're stretching that a bit when it comes to everyone's favourite... the chair layout 🤪) providing production, management and safety in this stunning outdoor venue.

Absolute quality from The Streets, a mid-noughties indie night led by Leeds own The Sunshine Underground, a stellar comedy night (Jason Manford, Hal Cruttenden, Sara Pascoe, Dara O'Briain... the list goes on), The Macabees and tonight topped off with Loyle Carner.

Thanks to all of the team who have produced yet more memorable occasions for so many people... see you (and more chairs!) on the next one 😁

Doors will be opening soon on another fantastic long-weekend of gigs at Live At Ludlow Castle, part of the Futuresound Group.

Last week Paul Weller, Snow Patrol, The Human League & Tom Grennan played to sell-out audiences and this week sees The Streets, Rick Astley, Richard Ashcroft and Scissor Sisters get on stage. And yes, building a stage fit for such rock royalty in a nearly 1,000 year old medieval fortress is as tricky as it sounds - the Normans didn't take staging and 40ft lorries into account when they put their site plans together - but they did know how to create a stunning backdrop for a memorable outdoor gig!

There's a famous line in a movie... 'If you build it, they will come'. So, we've built it (since getting the call that it was 'go-time' after Monday's win) and AGN Events have filled Fan City Sheffield to the rafters. Open since Thursday, the area has seen fans and families fed, watered and entertained.

But the BIG one has just started... hoping there's Nor-Way we're taking this down anytime soon! Come On England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

We're one week into the build for Slam Dunk Festival - North & South, our annual outing to build two 30,000 outdoor festival sites consecutively.

It's been a roller coaster of a week, but we are looking great on-site despite the on-again, off-again, rain, hail, sun, hail, rain, sun weather we've been having!
