Let’s talk about Messy Monkeys!!

At Messy Monkeys we take your child’s safety very seriously!

We spend time, sourcing non toxic / allergy friendly / veggie friendly items for our sessions, we don’t buy anything on the cheap to save pennies or cut corners!

We spend time pre session laying and taping sheets to our messy flooring to avoid where possible, slips and trips on the flooring mid session!

We have a designated clean station with lots of books and soft toys to entertain your little ones ….. along with lots of other amazing stations to play at, from craft to playdough to messy - all linked to a theme and created to give you and your child the chance for open ended play and learning opportunities.

Water for our baths and water trays are temperature checked with a thermometer before we let your child in them! Each child gets an individual bath.

All our venues are hired and risk assessed , these are available to view in session at any time!

Our staff are trained in first aid , to ofsted compliant level and DBS checked with extensive history, knowledge and training in childcare and child development.

We do not take pictures in session and any pictures you now see us post up have been sent over by parents with consent to share given .... we also ask all parents that are taking photographs of their own child that they ensure only their child is in the picture and that no other child is in the background, we do not allow pictures to be taken at bath time! Safeguarding is VERY important to us at Messy Monkeys.

All our messy toys, trays and baths are washed with hot soapy water and sanitised thoroughly with enhanced cleaning fluids in between sessions to sanitise adhere to not only environmental health but our own strict covid-19 guidelines.

All this is a lot of work in session and behind the scenes, we do it not only because we want your child to have fun .... but more importantly we want them to be safe so it’s all part of what you pay for when you join us at a messy monkeys session

Just been looking through some old pics, i was so lucky to be able to take Heidi (sometimes Harry) to work with me.

I LOVED being able to work in such a creative and full filled job whilst being able to spend so much time with my own children while they were little, making memories and lots of MESS.
