Just a reminder that there will be no rehearsals on Tuesday 19th May. We’re really sorry for any disappointment, but our amazing Ohana team will be out celebrating something very special at Stockport Rocks — recognising the incredible volunteers who make such a huge difference across the Stockport community. 💚

We’re so proud to be part of an evening celebrating the people who give their time, energy, and heart to helping others, and we can’t wait to bring all that energy back to rehearsals the following week! 🎭✨

We’re heading to the amazing Stockroom in Merseyway for a one-off Dementia Disco, and you’re invited! 🌟

Stockroom is Stockport’s "cultural urban oasis", a space built for the community to gather, learn, and play. We couldn't think of a better place to bring the disco magic for Dementia Action Week and bring the community together in our first central Stockport location.

What’s happening?
🎶 Music from the one and only Alan Keegan - The Voice Of Old Trafford
🍔 FREE meal, plus tea and coffee for everyone. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Open to people living with dementia, carers, friends, and family. Kids are welcome too!

Best of all? It’s completely FREE.

Despite the rain, nothing was going to stop us! What started as Party in the Park quickly became Party in the Mill — and what a lovely day it turned out to be.

The space was filled with laughter, community spirit, crafts, singing, and dancing from start to finish. It was such a wonderful Saturday spent together, and we’re so grateful to everyone who came along.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped organise, got involved, performed, volunteered, supported, and simply showed up to be part of it. Your energy and support made the day so special, rain and all. 💚
