Me, Myself and I Relaxation and Meditation classes run once a week at the Lapwing Centre in Brinnington. Come along a "Meditation is all about the pursuit of nothingness.

Come along to our Meditation class every Tuesday at the Lapwing Centre in Brinnington. Classes start at 1900 until 2000 for beginners and novices, with the option of an extra hour, allowing for more teachings and practices. For the one hour class it is £3.00
For the two hours it is £5.00
