This year marks the beginning of 26 years in the performing arts industry in Central Scotland’s Stirling and as you'd expect from award winning school we eagerly await seeing the return of our existing students and warmly welcome new recruits to our family as this week begins our autumn start back.
“Bring A Friend Week”…will be coming soon when annually our doors open to new starts and their parents who wish to not only check out our professional staff and our facilities but our incredible students in action….

"LONDONS WESTEND IS CALLING!"
One of girls, "KYRA FYVIE" makes her London's Westend debut in the smash hit show "Train Spotting!" next month.
Kyra featured here begins rehearsing this week before opening in the world premiere at the Theatre Royal Haymarket

Rehearsals for "All That Jazz!"
Most of these young ladies don't act like it but they range from 14 to 17 years..! …everything we do here is based on balance," on voice, the spoken word and especially in a show like Chicago how they conduct themselves and move....and like so many before them, many moved to London to fulfill their dreams ....
We established ourselves 26 years ago on the Millennium, have literally seen many of our kids pass in and out of our revolving doors but we all agree on one thing, where would anyone of us be without our incredible company which still nestles under the shadow of Stirling Castle Rock ...

My Professional Training Bio …

Quote from the late great London singing coach Mr lan Adam....guess this pretty much summed up lan.
Among the clients beating a path to his studio just off the Brompton Road, in South Kensington, London, were Jeremy Irons, Michael Ball, Sian Phillips, Elaine Paige, Michael Crawford, Lorna Dallas, Tom Conti, Boy George, Marc Almond, Lulu, Sylvie Guilleme, the Duchess of York and Clive James.
When he told the Australian singer Rhonda Bruce (originally a mezzo) that the top of her voice was underused, she told him to get lost.
But when Richard Bonynge, Joan Sutherland's husband, told her the same thing, she came charging back to Adam and re-trained. Within three months, she was a superb coloratura soprano. The rest they say is history... lan taught Michael Crawford how to vocally and mentally prepare for the gruelling eight shows a week for his role as the Phantom in the Phantom of the Opera as well as Sarah Brightman for the role of Christine....
Always great fun lan always had his finger on the pulse and was with good friends of Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber, Sir Cameron Macintosh and Sir Trevor Nunn. infact it was widely believed you couldn't secure that said role unless you went through lan...
So I hope now you realise if and when we ever work together that your in good hands as we go on our little vocal journey to build your voice...

Stageworx Voice
"Glitter And Be Gay!"
Voice is such an integral part of the theatre arts and here one of my students young 16 year old Izzi sings
"Glitter And Be Gay" from Bernstein's Candide.
Widely considered the technical peak for sopranos with strong foundations and the necessary skills everything is made possible.
Under the teaching of the late great voice coach lan Adam who taught so many of London's West end voices it's now down to the likes of myself to pass the necessary skills onto the next generation if they are to ever successfully sing live...
