Stewkley Players annual litter pick, an activity the group have completed for more than 50 years, took place on April 13.
Group members started at the Dean Road crossroads and headed out of the village towards Pig and Whistle Corner (near the Drayton Parslow turn).
Among the rubbish collected were more than 100 empty wine bottles and a microwave.

This is not an April Fool, we promise!
The Pratt Trophy was made as a prop for the play Mr Quigley's Revenge in 2000, and since then after every play it has been awarded, with much affection, to a member of the Players who has made a cock-up of some description during a rehearsal or performance!
Following Midsummer Jersey, the trophy was awarded to Linda Mann, who played Justine and Mote the fairy, after she knocked over part of the scenery on opening night!
Congratulations Linda!
