Highland Hustle with Carol Scottish Dance Fitness for everyone, all abilities, any age (16-99+) classes in Stewarton the result is Highland Hustle!

Classes are Tuesdays (Term time only) in St Columba's Church Hall, Stewarton - 1030am till 1130am (depending on how much we chat) xx

Imagine a workout that takes inspiration from dance in Scotland, throw in a celidh atmosphere (but with no contact!), add a bit of toning and some fab music …….. My classes are suitable for all levels of fitness/mobility. Everyone works at their own pace - zero % im

pact, 100% fun! 2 left feet? it really doesn’t matter it is about doing a class that will have you smiling and joining in with a community of Hustlers who just love their Highland Hustle class!
