UAA’s co founder after his weekend out in Bochum, Germany teaching the .fanclub the skating techniques he used when teaching the cast of the starlight express London revival. Everybody did such an amazing job and improved so much over the two days. We are running our United Arts Easter Performance Workshops from 7th–10th April at Borderville Sports Centre, Stamford, inspired by Wicked! ✨

The workshops will focus on acting, singing, and dance as well as lots of fun activities. This will give the children a chance to build confidence, be creative, make new friends, and have lots of fun during the Easter holidays.

🌟 Student Shoutouts 🌟

We are so proud of the incredible progress and energy that all of our performers bring every week at UAA - here are just a few special mentions - we could go on and on 💜

✨ Aurora – Aurora’s confidence has grown so much! From a shy and timid performer, she is now beginning to truly own her space. She comes in prepared, knows her choreography, and this is helping her to add new layers to her work.

✨ Effie – One of our youngest members staying for the full three hours, Effie is always focused, respectful, and performing like a pro! She gives everything 100%—full energy and performance every time. A superstar in the making!

✨ Betsy – Betsy brings 100% focus to every class. She quietly supports others and problem-solves with maturity, and this term her dynamics have improved massively! The look on her face when we called her name out 🥰

✨ Skye – Skye is clearly putting in the work both in and out of class. Her growing confidence in her technique is allowing her to develop those extra performance layers and begin to lead a room. Skye is the first one to give everything a try and is progressing very nicely in all three disciplines- singing, dancing and acting.

✨ Orla - Orla truly comes alive when she’s on stage—we absolutely love watching her perform. Whether she’s taking on an acting role or bringing energy to her street dance, she throws herself into every style and discipline with enthusiasm.

✨ Isla – Isla is a burst of positivity! Kind, fun, and full of amazing energy both on and off stage. She lifts everyone around her—every group needs an Isla 💫

A HUGE thank you to everyone who was part of our Christmas celebrations on Thursday – it was such a brilliant evening 🎄✨

First and foremost, to our incredible teacher Always one step ahead, always organised, endlessly supportive, a brilliant choreographer, and a genuinely lovely human. We are so grateful for everything you do and feel very lucky to have you as part of our team ❤️

Thank you to Phoebe & Ruby for your constant care and support of our younger students.

A massive thank you to and our gorgeous friends at for joining us as our special guests. Despite an extremely tight turnaround (and possibly the shortest rehearsal time in theatre history!), you all showed up, and performed like absolute pros.

PPA – it has been such a pleasure working with your students and seeing the exciting new BTEC Performing Arts course you’ve launched - Bees Academy – stepping in last minute and delivering such a strong, polished performance in just days was incredible. And to TGS, Jordi & Nicola – your students were, as always, an absolute credit to you. We love working alongside you and can’t wait for our next collaboration… Disneyland 2026 🙌🥳

To our UAA kids – we are unbelievably proud of you. Watching you grow, perform, and support one another is exactly why we do what we do, and we genuinely love spending our weekends with you ❤️

And to our amazing parents – thank you for your continued support, trust, and commitment. From rehearsals and costumes to encouragement and patience, none of this would be possible without you.

Thank you to and all of our incredible chaperones holding the entire evening together with such love and care, Ian for capturing the evening and the brilliant team for always looking after us behind the scenes.

Although we wish we’d had more time to speak to everyone (and can’t believe we forgot to hand out the mountain of sweets!), please know how grateful we are for the time, energy, and talent shared with us.

Our favourite place to be at our favourite time of year 🥰🎄

Well done to all of our brilliant performers — you were amazing!

Noted: maybe don’t put on a show straight after school again 😅 Such a tiny amount of time on stage to pull it all together, but we did it! With the help of so many wonderful people and incredibly talented performers, it was truly a huge group effort as always.
