⭐️WE WON MOSSLEY SOUP⭐️

We’re still in shock about the madness that was last night. Thank you to everyone that came and voted, it was such a supportive and welcoming community and we’ll definitely be attending the next ones!

This is such a special opportunity, allowing us to run an intensive in Mossley for 13-18’s in the summer, exploring non traditional art forms and proving that the arts can be a viable career choice!

I’m Alex, a young actor and aspiring producer and this project is ny first unique experience at producing🎭

I am currently at the University of Salford studying media and performance along with acting in amateur performances and films wherever I can! 🎬

💚 let’s reintroduce ourselves!

Hi, I’m Joe one of the producers and directors for between earth and voice. This project has been a new experience for me, mixing my love of music with other art forms and blending them together into this amazing show.

Mostly you’ll find me with organisations like and developing my percussion skills and learning to teach the next generation of young artists 🥁

Other than that I’m currently at college studying History, English and Music production, with my goal being to study music at uni next year 🎓

‘Between Earth and Voice’ is a brand new, multidisciplinary, youth led performance piece taking place in Stalybridge Civic Hall at 5pm on the 12th Oct.

It is completely youth led and all created by artists and practitioners who may usually be seen as less worthy of professional work/payment due to their age. Between Earth and Voice is a space in which young people are respected and take control, culminating in a fierce, passionate, and impactful piece which shares authentic voices of young people from Tameside and the surrounding areas, who have felt as though before they have not been listened to.

Your support would mean that our young people share the messages they want to share, and prove that they are completely capable of creating and producing their own work. Expect an evening of both tears and laughter, of original songs, poems, choreography, and movement in a piece which will undeniably leave you moved.

💚let’s reintroduce ourselves!

I am Chloe, one of the producers and directors of Between Earth and Voice. This project holds a very special place in my heart, having had this idea in my brain for a while but having to wait for the right team to come along to make it a reality!

I am currently a student studying Theatre and Performance Practice, so you will always find me doing some wonderfully weird performance work🎭

I have done a whole load of jobs already within the creative industry, quite often crewing for some super cool events, but as a performer my passion is physical theatre and movement🤸‍♂️
