🩷 NEW 4 WEEK BEGINNERS COURSE 🩷

Always wanted to give pole dancing a go or have done it previously but need a recap and want to get back to it? Here’s your chance!!

This 4 week beginners course is designed to help you build upper body strength and improve fitness, whilst enjoying a fun new hobby, in which you will meet new people and gain confidence.✨🥰

You don’t have to know anyone to start you will all become Pole friends 🩷🩷🩷

This course is suitable for complete beginners, all shapes, sizes, ages and genders welcome!

Dress code- shorts or bikini bottoms (as skin contact helps when pole dancing) any top/sports bra and leggings to warm up in. Bare foot or socks.✨

The price of the course is £40 , a non refundable deposit of £20 will secure your space. Limited spaces available so get booking!!

Dates -

Tuesday 8th August - 8pm
Monday 14th august -8pm
Tuesday 22nd august - 8pm
Friday 1st September- 7pm

Dates are a bit of a mix due to working alternate days and due to a bank holiday.

This class is for complete beginners who are wanting to try something new. Absolutely no experience is needed, your instructor will break down a beginners moves and spins for you to try.
