It’s been a pleasure coming along to Harrogate for BABS Sing2026, and being a part of the A1 team. Thanks for following along with my barbershop weekend away, and for all the love for our gents. Here’s a half minute round of up the sights and sounds of Harrogate ❤️

And that’s a WRAP on BABS Sing 2026. It ended with a vibrant afterglow, then a fire alarm in the Crowne Plaza at 3:20am. No harm done except for lack of sleep. Here at A1HQ, we are very grumpy this morning 😂🤣

Thanks for following along with our weekend, and huge congrats to all the competitors, part particularly our A1 gents. Your friends, family and supporters are all immensely proud 🎶

9:37am - A1 were up nice and early supporting our co-Director Matt in the semi-finals of the Male Quartet contest, with his group Northern Quarter. They SMASHED it!

This just in 🚨 our wonderful gents scored 68 in yesterday’s judging, which is an IMPROVEMENT ON LAST YEAR! 🥳 🍻 🎊

5:13pm - A1 did a truly spectacular performance and I’m sure all spectators and fans of these gents will agree. I have the pleasure of seeing them go from the very first note bashings to the final performance and it was an emotional one all round. Stunning job, boys! You should all be incredibly proud.
