ITS TIME FOR OUR AGM!!!

Here are the positions we have available:

President
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the students’ association and the society
- Chair committee meetings
- Be a signatory on the bank mandate
- Oversee operation of the society

Vice-president
- In the absence of the president, take this responsibilities listed above
- Help manage official social media pages of the society

Secretary
- Maintain a full and accurate membership roll
- Help with organisational tasks like re-affiliation and audit

Community officer
- Promoting the society to other societies in the university
- Be aware of other events held by other societies that relate to our society
- Invite interesting speaker and participants to events held by the society

Events coordinator
- Helping with event organisation
- Oversee safety and compliance at events

Publicity officer
- Help maintain our social media accounts active and up to date with our events

Please email us by the 29th of April 23:59pm if you would like to run. Include your name and a short statement outlining your interest and motivation for the position.
