The first Beginner Pole Course starts on 16th January, running for 4 weeks, giving you a great introduction to pole
With spins, poses, and floorwork, we work towards climbing the Pole, and each week brings a while New set if challenges

No experience needed
Ages 12+, no upper age limited 😉

Our next 4 week Beginner Pole Course is scheduled to start on 12th September at 6.30pm (minimum numbers needed)

It's just £40 for the 4 weeks, and there's absolutely no pressure or obligation for you to continue with classes once finished - just come and have fun!
