We are proud to offer the following weekly classes and Workshops for ages 16+ and adults. We love seeing people grow in strength and confidence through aerial fitness. Classes are friendly, supportive and most importantly fun! People of all abilities, fitness, age and size can take part! Whether you are a complete beginner or have aerial experience, everyone is welcome. Get fit, tone up, have fun
and get addicted! We offer various pricing options from single class bookings (£11), classes passes (5 for £45) to full term bookings (£8 per class). Our current timetable is as follows (all classes are 1.5 hours):

Pole fitness is all about having fun with the added bonus of getting a workout! It is a mixture of gymnastics and dance on a vertical pole and uses strength, agility and cardiovascular fitness. It is the fastest and most fun way to tone up, especially targeting 'difficult' areas such as the thighs, arms, abs and bum. It is also a fantastic way to increase your confidence in a friendly and fun environment. Aerial Hoop
Aerial Hoop is is a circular steel apparatus (resembling a hula hoop) suspended from the ceiling, on which circus artists perform aerial acrobatics. Just like pole fitness, aerial hoop is a fun and unique way to get fit and tone up while learning some beautiful poses, moves and routines. Aerial Silks
One of the most beautiful aerial disciplines, Aerial Silks is a length of specialist material suspended from the rigging which enables you to climb, create shapes and perform sequences while suspended off the ground. Aerial silks is also an exciting way to learn new skills, improve your strength and keep fit.
