One of the finished coffee tables. This piece is coil-built, and I’ve chosen to leave the natural marks of the coiling process visible rather than smoothing everything away. Interestingly, the clay in the tabletop must have contained quite a high iron content, as it has reacted with the glaze in a way that has created unexpected surface effects. I don’t mind it though!
