‼️STRENGTH45 IS COMING TO SOWERBY BRIDGE‼️

Today we ran an extra class for our Friday Sowerby Bridge mamas to get a taste of our Strength45 class 🏋‍♀️ This will be running from our June term at 10.45am every Friday.

This session is perfect for those looking to build strength, using a range of bodyweight and free weight exercises for whole body workout.
