Alehouse Rock 2025 was a riot of riffs, pints, and a shed load of fun —and it only happened because of YOU. (Well to be fair and us)!
To every artist who gave up their time (and voices) to entertain—legends, the lot of you. We can’t stress enough how grateful we are to you all. To the venues also we love you. Thanks to The Wheatsheaf Southwell The Final Whistle, SouthwellyThe Old Coach House, Southwell. The Crown Hotel - Southwell—cheers for letting us ransack your pub space and make a lot of noise.
To the comperes and sound wizards who kept the shows as tight as a banjo string in a heatwave—you’re the unsung heroes behind the noise.
And to the secret supporters who managed to charm extra coins out of the punters for Youngsounds UK—you deserve a medal… or at least another pint.

We’ll announce the total raised for Youngsounds UK in the coming week. The link for the giving page is still here somewhere on this thread so please support so we can get a few extra quid in.
This is the first Alehouse Rock in Southwell since 2018, so it’s sort of as fresh as a Greggs Sausage roll at 8 am! It would be good to get feedback so we can tweak if we decide to do it again.
