We were told that everyone would have their money back by end of this week. If you still havnt been refunded , please email

I believe everyone who paid us directly for day tickets has now been refunded. Anyone who hasnt , please let me know. Thanks.

Just had a message from Pontins. They are saying that the call centre has been extremely busy but they assure us that all bookings will be refunded. They have people working on that all this week.

It looks like pontins are making phone calls and refunds to people now. Hats off to them, they have done this fairly quickly. 😊
Unlike emails to us , we are still waiting. 🙄😂

We are still getting phone calls from.people asking if the event is still on.
We dont have any contact details for people who have booked and pontins wont give us them.
Has anyone received an email from them informing you about the cancellation?

A big Thank you today goes to Pontins for finally taking the responsible decision to close their doors. We must spare a thought for all their staff , some of whom are really nice and are a pleasure to work with, who will be struggling now after their jobs have been put on hold. Let's hope they are offered some financial help.
The only message we have had, so far , is a standard one which will have gone to all event organisers. We know you should all be refunded in due course by pontins. All those who booked weekend or day passes , we will refund you ourselves once we get turned round.
Please bare with us.
As we dont have details for everyone who booked , could I ask that you share far and wide that the event has been cancelled , just incase anyone turns up. I'm not sure whether pontins will let everyone know.

We really do appreciate everyone's patience and support that we have received. Its overwhelming and we are very grateful.

We are trying to contact the bands and DJs to let them know personally.
I'm sure we will be in bed in an hour or so.

We Thank each and every one of you who has supported us during this most horrible stressful time. I will do an update tomorrow on procedure moving forward.

Still no word back from Pontins but we have read on the internet that all their sites will be closing as from Friday.
WE ARE PRESUMING THIS EVENT IS NOW CANCELLED.
we will let you know if we ever hear from them.
